A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Lighting District
Number NINE of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1922, and
levying and assessing all the property within the said district
with the cast of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The estimated cost of lighting Lighting District
Number NINE of the city of Kalispell for the ye4r 1922 is esti-
mated to be $173.25.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning
to the several lots and parcels of land within the said
district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution
on file and of record in the office of City Clerk for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delioquent
at six O'clock p.m* on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number NINE for f1rther
particulars.
Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October
