Resolution 898 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 27RESOLUT 1ON NO. 898, A 'RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District Number of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting said Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Twenty. Seven of the city of Kalispell for the year 19P,2 is esti- mated to be $252.33. Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed 1kpon all the property in the said lighting district for the mount of the estimated cost of kighting the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district. (Refereme is hereby niade to the original Resolution which is cn file and of record in the office of the City ClerR for mentioned resolution.) Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at eix o'clock p.m., on the 30th-day of November, 1922. Section 4. Reference is hereby mde to the Resolution of intention to create Lighting District Number Twenty Seven for further particulars.
