A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special lighting
District nwnber FOUR of the City of Kalispell, for the year, 1922,
and levying and assessing all the property within the said district
with the cost of lighting said district.
BE IT ROSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District number FOUR
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be
$537.42.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streeto tlierein by approtiobing to
the several lots and parcels of land witbin the saiddistrict.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on
file u6nd t>f record. in the office of the City Clerk for a speci-
fie description of the property embraced in the above mentioned
di a trict.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six
otclack p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference �s hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number FOUR for further
