RESOLUTION No. 1572
RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMEff LIGHTING DISTRICT No.40.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF KAL13PELL:
Section 1. That Special Improvement Lighting District No. 40 is
hereby created for the purpose of lighting First Avenue East
North of the City of Kalispell, Montana, as follows,to-wit:
From a point opposite the lot,line betwean Lots 6 and 7 of Block
25, and Lots 13 and 14 of Block 24, to the point opposite the
lot line between Lots 3 and 4 of Block 227 and Lots 9 and 10 of
Block 226.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1.532, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement Lighting
District Number Forty", adopted August 3rdp 1936, to which re-
ference is hereby made for further particulars.
Adopted this 8th day of September, 1936.
