A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting
District Number TWO of the City of Kalispell, for the year, 1922,
and levying and assessing all the property within the said
tistrict with the cost of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALIS PAL L:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Special Lighting District
Number TWO of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is esti-
mated to be $791.04.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning
to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district,
as follows, to wit:

and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property embraced in the above menti.QT'ed
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of Nov -ember, 19P.2.
