KALISPELL CITY PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING COMMISSION
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2014
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be held on
Tuesday, February 11, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council Chambers, Kalispell
City Hall, 201 ls` Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Approval of Minutes of December 10, 2013.
C. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda, except
the public hearing item listed immediately below. (Comments are typically held to 3 minutes or less.)
D. Public Hearing:
In addition, the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on
the following agenda item. Following the hearing and board discussion, the board may make its
recommendations to the Kalispell City Council for final action:
A request from Montana Sky Networks for a conditional use permit to collocate Verizon
cellular equipment on an existing communication tower. The property is located at 1286
Burns Way. The equipment would not increase the height of the tower.
