Resolution of Intention to ureate special Improvement District No. 1186
BE, IT RESOLVED J3Y THE CITY COUNCIL Olt' THB, CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of.tIle City
of Kalispell to create a special improvement district, hereby deeilgnated
as Special improvement 13istrict No. 186, and the boundaries of said pro-
posed special improvement district are hereby declared to be as follows;
Cammenoing at the center of First street in line with the boun-
dary of seventh Avenue West, thence in a westerly direction through the
center of Virst Street to a point'in line with the eastern boundary of
eighth avenue west, thence south along the eastern boundary of eighth
avenue west to the center of eighth street, thence east along the center of
eighth street to the western boundary of seventh avenue west thence nortl i
along the western boundary of seventh street to the place of beginning.
Section 2. �hat the general character of the improvements to be made
in said proposed Special ImVrov�pment District is as. follows, to -wit;
Construction of a sanitary sewer with man -holes, lamp holes, flusli
tanks, and other appurtenances, said sewer conmencing at the center of
14'irst Street and running south through the alley in bloak6 162, 165, 1 . 70
174, 179, 184 and 189 to the center of eighth street.
