Commencing in the center of California street ir line with the
Westerr boundary of' sixth Avenue East North, thence in a westerly

366 feet to connect with the pre.�ent sewer at the intersection of

Section. 2. That the general character of tae improvements to be
made in said proposed Special J.iaprovement District is as follows, to -
wit; The conziruction of a saritary sewer With man -holes, lwmp holes,
flush tcLrks and oiher appurtenances.
Section 3. That the aipproximate cost of said irinroveraents is
$4000.00.
Section 4. That the er-tire coat ard expense Of such improvements
ircluding, street and alley intereections, shall be asse9sed against.
the entire dizitriet, eao! lot or parcel of land within such district
to be assessed for �hat part of the whole cost wnlioji its arcea boars
to �,he area, of -�he entire uistrict excluoive of streets, alloys and
public places.
Section 5. T.Inat zaid issessmert shall be paid for in 5 equal
annual installments hereby extended over a period of 5 year-. Said
