It appearing to the City Council that in Sidewalk & Curb Fund
1917-16, lots 5 & 6 in Blocic 186, standing in the name of 71horval
Amundsen, through inadvertance has been a2veszed twice,
Now, Therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of -K-aliqpell, that tl-ie assessment thereof on page �00 of the
special Improvement District Assessment Roll be and the same is
hereby cancelled.
