RESOLUTION CREATINGSP3CIAL TITPROVIiIiIENT DISTRICT NO. -189.
BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 18V is hereby cr-
eated for the purpose of the grading and gravelling of the street and the
construction of parking strips and, planting of trees on Second Avenue West
from Ninth to tenth streets and the construction of cement curbing' along
the parking strips.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all theterms and
conditions specified in Resolutions No. 868. entitled "Resolution of Inten-
tion to create SPecial Improvement District No. 189" adopted April 10th
1922, to *ich zference is hereby made for further particulars.
