OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: PetSmart — 65 Treeline; new retail store. The store will be located at the eastern
end of the shops near Cabela's. This will be similar to Ulta. We are mainly looking at how it plugs in
with what we have already approved there. Everything around it has been completely designed.
There is an accessible ramp shown in front of the door on PetSmart. This is approved through Site
Review.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — The Planning Board has Work Sessions scheduled for January
14th and 28th to continue working through the Growth Policy.
