PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Shops — We are still waiting for Fincher to sign off on this.
Sportsman — They are working on revising the property lines, which will revise their impact fees.
We are waiting for Parker to complete his review.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — The Planning Board Agenda will have a Public Hearing on
December 1 Oth on Owl Corporation's revised zone change, and then follow that with a Work Session
to continue on with the growth policy.
OTHER BUSINESS: The Rock Addition — This is going to Architectural Review on December
1 Oth. This should be coming in for Site Review in the next few weeks.
