PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Shops — They are making some revisions for two clarifications on the Landscaping Plan. Fincher
will approve this with a condition regarding the clarifications.
The Sportsman — The property line adjustment to deal with the fire code issues has been turned in to
the County. The ramp portion of their loading dock goes onto that other lot in between the two
buildings now, so we have to find out why they did not include both lots in the lot combination.
They will need to at least do a boundary line adjustment, or an easement needs to be recorded for that
lot, or note that it is part of the common area property. Right now the lot line only goes to the edge
of the building.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — The Planning Board Agenda will have a Public Hearing in
December on Owl Corp. and then follow that with a Work Session, continuing on with the growth
policy.
OTHER BUSINESS: Spring Prairie, Phase 3 — Several projects will be coming in after
Thanksgiving.
The Meadows —The condominium project just south of Kidsports. There is anew potential owner
wanting to convert this into a townhouse development, which would create less density there than
previously planned. They would need to have private water and sewer. There is one foundation that
has bad plumbing there. Parker noted that they didn't wrap the PVC that was put in the concrete.
This townhouse development would only have zoning review and building plans review.
Site Review — During the week of Thanksgiving, Site Review will meet on Tuesday, November
26`h, at 10 a.m.
