Section 1. That Special., P�iprova�,-�-tent District No. 179 is liereby
created for the purpose of the cons��rjtctiozj of a -
pavenent to be of
concrete or bitulithic ax the Council, hereafter determine, with.
necesaary appurtenances on second �3treet in the City of Kalispell, ex-
tending from -tt-.Le center line of oecond avenue eatst to t1ne center line
of second avenue west, to be forty-two f'ect in width "[)etween curbs;
the construction of cement curbs where there are not now clirbs at a
d-stance of twelve feet from the property 11ne; -tile of the
si(IeWUII,� to twelve feet in width; and the constroction of catch "basins
for storm water drainaj,"e.
