Section 1. The cost of li(lhting Li[,-htinp; District Nuriber Thirteen
of 'Ghe City of Kalispell for the year 1920 is e,,,,tiyi,,.Ited to be 544.54.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and absesseJ u])on u.11 the property
in the said li-glating district for the al,�ioijnt of the estimate(l cost of
lightinL the streets therein by apportioning to the eeveral lots and par-
cels of land within the saia district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution an file and of
record in t"le office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the
Property embraced, in 'the above mentioned district.)
Section 3. The tax liereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P.1.T. on the 30th day of 1�ovember 1920.
Section 4. Reference is hereby mt-We to Resolution of Intention to
