That it is deemed necessary to create and there is hereby created, a special improvement,di,strict, the, toundi.rips of which are hereinaftor set forth. Section 2. That the nunber of said Special improvement District is hereby designated as No. 155. Section 3. That the boundaries of' said Special Improve,ment District are hereby declared to be as follows: Beginning at a point where a line drawn through the center of 1,1ain Street would intersect a line drawn through the center of Washington Street and from thence running in a northerly direction Uirough the center of Main Street to a point w�,Iiere a line so drawn would inter- sect a line drawn throiA��h the center of Oregon Street and from thence running in a westerly direction through the center of Oregon Sireet to a point where a line so dram would intersect a line drawn through thp center of First Avenue West and from thence running in,a southerly direc- tiun through the center 01' First Avenue West to a point where a line so drawn would intersect a line drawn through the cent,,r of 1,Vashin_zton Street and fm,,i thence to the point of beginning. Section 4. That the C'naracter of impruve.ments to be made in said Special Improvement District is hereby deci�,�red to 1,,P Is foilo,,,;e: For the purpose of constructing a sanitary sewer in the alley in Block 241 oonnecting with the present sewer at or near Washington Street and running to the north bound- ary of Block 241, Said sewer to be for tlie use, and benefit of property owners, in said Block 241. Section 5. That the approxinate cost af canstrtict- ing said improvement is $428.20. That the apprcximate cost of the engineering, in- spection and all other expenses incurred in creating and completing said improvement is $36.00. Section 6. That the entire cost and expense of said improvement shall be paid 'by the said improvement diB- trict and assessed against Vne property tliurein contained. Each piece or parcel of land within said Special Improvo.,nent District to bear that proportion of the cost which its area bearsto the area of the. entire district ex - elusive of streets, alleys and pullie places. Section 7. That said assessment shall be paid for in five equal annual installments and are hereby exte,nded over a poriod of five years. Said assessment shall consti- tute a fund to be known as Special Improvement District Fund no. 155. M Section 8. That said im-orovements shall be paid for in S-pecial Improvement I)istrict Iffarrants issued against said district in tho Bur, of $lrC.00 each. Section 9. That on the 217th day of April, 1914, at the. That thr- followino notice. o the adop- tion of this resolution shall be published in the 'Daily inter .Lake, a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, for a -period of I'ive days, to_wjt� NOTI", IS IVR-TI13Y GIV71141, tnat on the seventh day of April, 1914, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, adopted a certain resolution of intention to create a special iYa-provernent district for the purpose of mi�kjng the followin�f improvements in said district, namely: For the purpose of constrilActing a sanitary sewer in the alley in Block 241 connecting with the present Bewer -it or near Washin�rton Street and running 'to the. north 1,,oundary of Block 241. Said sewer to be for the use and benefit of property owners in said Block 241. The estirated cost of which is the Bum of $464.20, which cost is to be assessed as a special assessnient against the prope rty emoraced in said district. That the said resu- lution of intention is No. b4b and is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Kalispell, to which re,3olu�ion for a description of the boundaries of said district, refer- ence is herdby -,.,,ade. 'rhat the property to be effected by the creation of' said Special Improve.ment District and the assessments thereunder is described as follows, to -wit, All of Block 241 of' the City of Kalispell according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the County Clerk and 'Recorder of Flathead County, TZontana.
