der,ignated as the Light Fund. N11 payments made by the City
or warrants drawn against the City of Kalispell for t3he pay-
ment for street lighting shall hereafter be drawn and issued
against the Light Fund and no other and the City Council
shall hereafter me-Ro. the proper appropriations and levien for
tl-ie purpose of retiring, warrantsdrawn against said Light Fund.
