Montana, has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of
which the construction of a lateral sewer in the alley betreen
First and Second Avenues East from Washington Street to N,?vada
Street and serving -blocke P29, 230 and 233 was authorized and,
provision made therein for the payment of the cost of said
seiver by levying a-gainst the property within said district,
the cost of said improvements being the gum of
