BE IT qFSOLVPD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, has heretofore passed a resolution by the terms of
which Special Improvement District No. 147 was created for
the purpose of constructing a 121, sanitary sewer in the alley
between T.Tain Street and First Avenue East and running from
Washington to `,Tontana Streets, and euch other incidental work
as may be necessary to complete said improvements within said
District and provision made therein for the payment of the
costs of said work by levying against the property within
said Special Improvement District No. 147;

of the assessable property within said Special Improvement
District No. 147 as follows:

The aforesaid sums shall be paid as above set forth with
interest on deferred payments at the rate, of six per cent per
annum, payable annually, the said payments to be made on or
before the 30th day of November of each and every year; the
first of which payments shall be made in the year 1914.
