SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the City Council June 15th, 19599 5:15 P. M., held
in accordance with the following notice given and acknowledged:
Mayor hammer and all Councilmen present.
TO THE HONORABLE HOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF KALISPELL, MON TANA
Gentlemen:
There will be a special meeting of the City Coune4 l Monday, June 15, 1959,
at 5:15 P. M., for the following purposes:
AWARD SEWER PLANT CONTRACT AND INSPECTION
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do
hereby waive notice of the date and purpose of the special meeting of the City
Council to be held Monday, June 15, 19599 at 5:15 P. M., and consent to the
transaction of any and all business to come before the Council as designated
above.

Moved by Huggins that a contract be awarded to Kalispell Plumbing & Heating
Company for construction of the sewage plant additions and improvements at a
cost of $1909574.48, and that the Mayor be authorized to execute said contract.
Motion seconded and carried unanimously.
Moved by Harmon, seconded by Vick that the Engineering firm of Morrison-Maierle,
Inc..ba employed for the supervision, inspection, and staking of the sewer plant
construction on a cost plus 35% basis, not to exceed 5% of the total cost of the
project and that the Mayor be authorized to execute the contract. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn was made by Huggins, seconded by Harmon and carried.
