REGULAR MEETING
Regular monthly meeting of the Kalispell City Council held at 7:30'P. M.
on August 10, 1964.
Mayor Flynn presided. Councilmen B,jornebyo Ellingson, Homuth, Jerrow,
Lenon, Roberts and Turner present. Smyser absent.
Minutes of the regular meeting of July 13th, and Special meetings of July 20,
July-24',,and August 5th, were read. Turner moved approval as read. '.Seconded by
Lenon and carried,
City. Officials Monthly Reports:
Report of the Chief of Police and City EngineerforJuly and City Treasurer
and City Clerk for June were approved on motion of Turner. Seconded by Lenon
and carried.
'Reports of.Coamittees!
Homuth, for Finance Committee, �Monthly claims audited and approved for
payment'b Moved adoption of report-, seconded and carried.
Jerrow, for Parking -Light Committee, -Coca-Cols trucks parking on North
Main in possible violation, Police Chief to investigate.
Turner moved adoption of Resolution No. 2536, a -resolution setting the
budget for the fiscal year 1964-65. Seconded by Bjorne�*. All Councilmen voted
for adoption on roll call Vote.
Lenon moved adoption of Resolution No. 2537, a resolution fixing the Kill
Levy at 39 Mills for fiscal year 1964-65. Seconded by Turner. On roll call vote
all Councilmen voted for adoption*
Bjorneby moved adoption of Resolution No. 2538, a resolution ordering the
installation of Curbs and Sidewalks at several locations as shown in resolution.
Seconded.:by-Turner an6adopted on roll call vote.
Bjorneby moved.adoption of Resolution No. 2530,,,,a:resolution'annexing Brown's
Addition to Kalispell. Seconded by Jerrow. On roll call vote taken all Council-
men voted for Adoption.
Homuth moved for adjournment. Seconded by Turner and carried.
