TO THE HONORABLE BOARD_OF COUNCILMEN
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
Gentlemen:
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council Tuesday, June 2, 1964
at 7:30 P. M. for the following purpose:
Union Contract
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do
hereby waive notice of the date and purpose of the Special fleeting of the
City Council to be held Tuesday, June 2, 1964 at 7:30 P. M., and consent to
the transaction of the above and any other business that may properly come
before the Council.

Mayor Flynn and Councilmen Bjorneby, Homuth, Jerrow, Lenon, Roberts, Smyser
and Turner were present. Ellingson absent.
Mr. Caldwell, Municipal Union Representative and ,City Union Committee met
with the Council to discuss renewal of Contract.,
Homuthmoved that the present contract be extended beyond the expiration
date of June 30, 1964, pending negotiations for a 2 year renewal contract.
Seconded and carried.
Proposals for New Contract:
Higher hourly rate for long time employees, .Ole per
hour up,to 10 years.
,10o per -hour increase for all hourly employees, effective
July 1, 1964.
Proposal's to be taken up for consideration at a later"meeting.
Council then adjourned.
