02/10/64 City Council MinutesREGULAR MEETING -�
Regular monthly meeting of the Kalispell 'City Council -was held February 10,
1964 at 7:30 P.-M.
Mayor Flynn presided. All Councilmen were present.
Minutes of regular meeting of January 13th and special meeting of January
22nd were read. Roberts moved approval as read. Seconded and carried.
Reports of City Officials:
The following monthly reports of Chief of Police, Police Judge, City Engineer,
City Sanitarian, City Treasurer and City Clerk were approved on motion of.Ellingson.
Seconded and carried.
Committee Reports:
Finance'Committee- Homuth reported all claims audited and approved
Moved adoption'of report, seconded by Smyser and carried.
Homuth reported that ambulance records had been revised and moved old
records back to 1960'be`processed and brought up to date. Seconded by Roberts
and carried.
The following bids for Liability Insurance were received.

Moved by Ellingson that Liability Insurance for 250/500 limits be awarded
to Sogard Agency to'be'shared by Walt'Woods Agency and Max Ennis. Seconded and
carried.
Moved by Lenon that call for bids be made for the'purcha.se of a new Street
Sweeper and sale of old Sweeper. Seconded and carried.
Moved by Turner that Louis and Alice.Tuma be permitted to place a trailer
house on their lot on Airport Road provided it is placed on a foundation and
meets sanitation requirements. Seconded and carried.
Moved by Bjorneby, that in'view of the extensive improvements made to the
Golf Course by the Golf Association, that a -renewal lease for a ten year period
be authorized. Seconded and carried.
Moved by Roberts that the regular Council Meeting scheduled for March 2nd
be postponed to March 16th. Seconded and carried.
Council adjourned on motion by Turner and seconded by Homuth.
