Seconded by Councilman Riley. Roll Call Vote. All voted Aye. OPEN BIDS FOR SEWER CONSFRUC'_'ION: Kreager Construction Co., Spokane, Wash. Per Specifications $31,863.00 Walter E. Tynes Co., Inc., Kalispell, 'ont. " 48,812.50 Felton Construction Co., '_issoula, '_one. " 52,362.50 Councilman Roberts oved acceptance of the low bid of Tynes Construc- tion Company. Seconded by Council -an Riley and carried. Councilman Riley -roved the City Engineer be authorized to purchase materials for the construction of a dust collector for the :-1ix plant. Seconded by Councilman Roberts and carried. Councilman Happ -ioved adoption of Resolution No. 2637 - a resolution ordering the construction of curbing in the 1200 block of 5th Avenue East.
