Councilman Grainger moved that the bids be referred to the Safety Committee with power
to act. Seconded by Councilman O'Boyle. Motion carried.
Councilman Williams moved that the water department be authorized to enter into
negotiation with Mayor Happ regarding purchase of city shop building and report back
the second meetin in May. Seconded by Councilman Allen. Motion carried.
Councilman Williams moved to refer a request for annexation of Lot 2, Blk 2, Sunset
Addition, owned by Oscar Olson, to the Annexation Committee and report back the
second meeting in May. Seconded by Councilman Allen. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
