Councilman Daley moved all bids be referred to the Park Committee and Golf Course
Expansion Committee with power to act. Seconded by Councilman Olson. Carried.
Mel Wollan, County Commissioner, reported that the county is ready to advertise for
bids for the construction of the Northwest Drainage System which is being participated
50/50 with the City of Kalispell. He submitted a preliminary contract and a few
changes were made by City Attorney Donahue.
Councilman Sliter moved Acting Mayor Happ be authorised to sign the Northwest
' Drainage System agreement as revised. Seconded by Councilman Olson. Carried.
Councilman Sliter moved that a title research on the land exchange between the
Thompson and City of Kalispell in Lawrence Park be made at city expense. Seconded
by Councilman Allen. Carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
