SPECIAL MEETING
KALISPELL, MONTANA 59901
TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNCILMEN
CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
Gentlemen:
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council, Wednesday, June 25th, 1975,
at 5 P. K in the office of the Water Department for the following purpose:
Authorize reissue call for bids for golf course
fine grading and irrigation
Approve change orders - golf course
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do hereby waive
notice of e date and purpose of the Special Meeting of the City Council to be
held W es ay, June 25, 1975 at 5 P. n the office of the Water Department, and
conseat to the transaction of th ve nd any other business that may properly
co before the City Counct

Acting Mayor Happ presided.
Councilmen Bergstrom, Schwartz absent. All other councilmen present.
AUTHORIZE REISSUE CALL FORBIDS -,'Fine Grading and Irrigation for Golf Course
The second publication of the call for bids was mixed with another legal publication
by the Daily Inter lake and must be redone.
Councilman Daley moved the bids be resubmitted for publication. Seconded by Council-
man Slater. Carried_ Bids will be opened at noon, July 9, at the Golf Course Club
House.
Councilman Slater moved that Change Orders, 1 through 5, on the Rough Grading Contract,
approved by the Golf Course Expansion Committee., be signed by Acting Mayor Happ.
Seconded by Councilman Daley. Carried.
CITY ACCOUNTANT &BUDGET DIRECTOR
Councilman Slicer moved that the city council create the position of City Accountant
& Budget Director. Seconded by Councilman Williams. Carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
