Re: Kalispell Storm Sewer System
Stage I
Dear Al,
We are transmitting the following report in order to keep you in-
formed of progress on the design of the subject project:
Adverse weather conditions and accumulations of ice and snow along
curbs and in gutters have delayed completion of surveying. During the
last week of February we were able to complete the survey of the more
heavily traveled streets. At present, surveying of the project is about
70% complete.
The base plan sheets have been prepared for the entire project. We
will be commencing immediately, design and preparation of contract plans
for the portion of the project that we have been able to survey. Prep-
aration of the plans for the remaining portion of the plans will depend
on weather conditions.
At present we feel that we will be able to complete the contract
plans as scheduled. Prolonged adverse weather conditions may, however,
cause delays in completion of plans.
