A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, WAS HELD
July 19, 1974 IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM OF THE CONRAD NATIONAL BANK for the purpose of
reviewing the tabulation by the City Clerk of expenditures program as required by
Section 11-1404 of the Revised Codes of Montana 1947, and to meet with various
department heads to review their budget requests. Mayor Bjorneby convened the
meeting at 9:15 A.M. Councilman Sampson absent. All other councilmen present.
Councilmen -elect Haarr present. Revisions in budget wore made as follows:

Councilman Miron moved adoption of Resolution No. 2975 A Resolution Authorising the
Operation and Maintenance Manual for the Disposal Plant be contracted to Morrison-
Werle, Inc. for completion, not to exceed $3,900.00, which amount is eligible for
a 75% grant. Seconded by Councilman Schwartz. Roll Call Vote. All voted aye.
Mr. Paul Willis was interviewed by Mayor Bjorneby and Councilman for position of
Police Judge.
Councilman Happ moved Kalispell City Sanitarian's 1974-1975 budget be raised as
follows:
