Gentlemen:
There will be a Special Meeting of the City Council, Monday, October,16, 1972,
at 55*00 P. M. in the Water Works office for the following purpose:
Consideration of award of bids
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council, do hereby
waive notice of the date and purpose of the Special Meeting of the City
Council to be held Monday, October 16, 1972, at.5:00 P. M. in the Water Works
office and consent to the transaction of the above and any other business
that may properly come before the City Council.

Snow Plow Bid -
Councilman Rapp moved the bid on snow plows be awarded to Treasure State
Equipment Co., the low bidder. Seconded by Councilman Thomas. Carried.
Metal Building - Councilman Thomas moved the bids on metal building be rejected
and a new call for bids be authorized. Seconded by Councilman Schwartz.
Carried.
Beer License Application -
Pizza Hut of Kalispell
Johnson Brothers Farms, Inc. 135 West Idaho Retailer (bar) Beer
Councilman Thomas moved acceptance of the beer license application, and that
the license to sell beer be issued to the Pissa Hut of Kalispell. Seconded by
Councilmen Sampson. Carried.
Councilman Schwartz moved the City Attorney be directed to prepare Ordinance
to change Inner Fire Zone designation regarding sale of beer. Seconded by
Councilmen Thomas. Carried.
