That the said Street and Alley be vacated only on condition
thRt the Xi.,�,lispell Athletic Associatjo�, shall by proper instrument
give -the public,, the right to use 18 feet on the riorth side of Lots
6 ttnd 7 in Block 18 for highway purposes s o long as said Street and
Alley shall remain vacated but to revert to the said 1�lispell .
Athletic Association whenever saici Street and Alley shall be reopened.
That the City reserve tKe ripht to enter on the property of
the ssid Athletic Assoication -*.n(i said T.W,1kcKnight and Company for
the purpose of connectinF with or rep-,�iring the sewer in sruid Alley
and that in the event of the property ceasing to be used for an
Athletic Park that the '�treet end Alley now v*caterl revert back
to the City of Faliopell for Street and Alley pruposes.
