Be it resolved by the City Cowicil of the City
of Kalispelle
Section 1. There is hereby levied, and assessed
to defray the cost and expenses of improvements made and
constructed in Special Improvement District No. 172 of' the CIty
of Kallspell, Montana, in accordance with the Resoliitions
cz.nd Ordinances of said Cityo a tax against r,.ill prcperty in-

Section 2. The said taxes to be paid izi three annual
installments in amounts as above set fcrth, *'%Ifhe first of which
installment shall beccme due and payable upon the filing of a
certified copy of this Resolution in the office of the City
Treasurer of said City and shall become delinquent after the
30tho day of Novezriber,, .2,917, and, the annual installitents shall
thereafter become due and payable on the first day of October
of each ye��.r and delinquent on the 30th. day of Yovember in each
yearo All cf the above payments bear interest at the rate of
six per cent per annum after the 30tho day of November, 10.-17,,
until paid, and if any installmlents against any particular
piece of property, Vecome delinquent the, whr.,le tax a6ainst such
particular piece becomes one and delinquent.
Section 3,0 Objectiors to the final adeption of this
Resolytion will -be heard at a. meeting of the Council to be held
at the Council Chambers September 3rd, 191?, at 744-30 o'clock P,.Y�s
