A RMSOLUTION TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FINDS IN THE CITY TrXIASURY.
B11 IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
M-ontana:
Section 1. That the following amounts be transferred from the
following funds into the General Fund:
Special Improvement Distriat No. 104 Fund, $34.18
Lighting District No. I Fund 8.36
LightinF District No. 27 Fund 1.56
Sprinkling Yund 3.54
Maintenance Fund
Section 2. That the above transfer be made for the purpose of
vefundi,ng taxes on lot 8 block 18 and lot 12 block 37,vihiohtt�xes
had been paid twice into the City Treazury.
