crease of the tax levy f or the support of a free public library to the tax..
Payers affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED DY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM' CITY OF KALIs)PELL.
Section 1. That the question of the. increase of the,. tax levy for the
support of a free public library in the City of Kalispell to two mi.11s be
Bubmitted to a vo:te of the taxpayers affected thereby, at the municipal
election to be hold in, the City of Kalispell on the first 111onday of April,
19200
Section 2. That any person deBiring to vote on such question at said
election shall by the judges of the election be first required to take and
s 'bscribe to the following oath;

Being first duly sworn, I do on oath state, that
am a duly registered, and qualified elector of Ward NO. of the
City of Kalispell, and,that I paid a tax upon property assessed therefor
on the assessment roll for the City of Kalispell next preceding this mUn -
icipal election, ,
Subscribed and sworn to before me this fifth day of April 1920.

Section 3. That the City Clerk is,hereby authorized to have printed
fif teen's hundred affidavits in the form prescribed by section two of this
resolution, and to deliver siach affidavits to the Judges of such election,
each ward -to be supplied with such proportion of such affidavits as the
number of registered voters therein bears to the number of registered vot-
ers in the City f or such election.
