BE IT RESOLWTiM BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or, KALISPILL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Twenty eighl
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $86*40*'
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied -and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light
ing the streets therein, by apportioning to the several lots and parcels
of land within the said district, (Referenc'e is hereby.made to the orig-
inal Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific de-
scription of the property embraced in the above mentioned district*)
Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at sax o'clock
P.Me on the 30th day of November 1919.
