A. Resolution estimating the cost of li6lating Special Lighting District
Nimber Twenty seven of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying
and assessing all the property within the said district with -the coot of
lighting said distriot.,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THZI CITY OF KALISPELL:

of the,city-of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $121*11*
.SECTION 26 -A�tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district, for the amount of the ei3timated, cost of
ligrhting the streets therein, by apportioning to the- several lots and Par%&
cels of land within the s,�tid district* (Reference is'l�ereby made to the,
original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property mehtioned in the above district.)
Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P*Ms on the 30th day of November 1919.
Section-40. Reference is hereby niade to the re'solution of intention
to create -Lighting District Number Twenty seven for further particulars.
