A Reso'lution estimating the cost of lighting Special Light ling District
Number Tweniy of the City of Kalispell, for- the year 1919, and levyiftg and
aosessing all the property within the said district with: the cost of light-
ing said district.
BE.IT RESOLVED BY THEi CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF KALISPELL.,
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Twenty of
t he Cit y of Kalispell for the,year 1919 is estimated to be $51.84.
Section 2* A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting distrkct, for the aniount of the estimated cost of
lighting the streets therein, by apportioning to the sieveral lots and par"
eels of land within the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the
original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property embracedlin the above mentioned district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock P,
V. on the 30th day of November, 1919*
Section.4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to Create Lighting District Number Twenty for further particulars.
