RESOLUTION No. 746.
A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District
Number Thirty Three of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying
and assessing all the 'property within the said district with the cost of
lichting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY,T11R CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Thirty Three
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $103.64.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and asseasdd upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein, by apportioning to the oeveral lots and parcels of
land within the said district, as follows: (Reference is hereby made to
the original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a spec-
ific description of the property mentioned in the above district.)
Sedltl,on 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six O'clock
P.M. on the 30th day of November 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution.of Intention to
Create Lighting District Number Thirty Three for further particulars.
Introduced September ist and set for hearing October 6th. 1919 at
7:30 -o'clock P.M.
