A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting S pecial , Li6hting- Dist-
rict Number Thirty of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying
and assessi ng all the property within the said district with the cos't of
lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIU�4 CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION le The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Thirty of
the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $53 .00.
SEDTION 2, A tax is hereby levied and^ assessed upon all the proper-
ty in the said lighting distridt for the amount of the estimated cost of
lighting the ztreets the -rein by-4pportioning to the several lots and parvkv
cels of land within the -said district as follows: (Referene e. is hereby
made to theoriginal ResolUtion on file 1n,t1T office of the City 'Clerk for
a ape-cific description of the proPerty embraced in the above mentioned
district,)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
