RESOLTJTION Noe
A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting S pecial Lighting District
N=ber Twenty Nine of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, andlevying-
and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of
lighting said district.
BE, IT RESOLV=1 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.,
Section 1. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lig-hting district, for the amount of the estimated -cost of
lighting the streets therein, by apportioning the several lots and parcels
of land within the said district*. (Reference is hereby made to the orig-
inal Resolution on file in the office of the Oity Olerk for a specific
description of the property embraced in the above mentioned district.)
m Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P*M. on the 30th day of November 1919'.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to create Lighting Distriot Number Twenty Nine for further Parti culars.
