and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of
lighting said district.
BE IT 'RESOLVE.4D BY THE CITY COMTCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
SOction 1. The cost of lighting Ligrhting District Numbor Thirty six of
the City -of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estima-ted to be $35,76,
Section 2. &'.tax is hereby levied and assessad upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lightpo
ing the streets therein by appo4-tioning to the severallots and parcels of la-
nd within the said district. (Refe'rence is.hereby made to the original Reaw
solution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description
of the property'mentioned in the above district.)
Section 3s The tax hereby levied 'becomes delinquent at six o'clock P#
