A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lig-hting Distriat
Number Thir,ty Four of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1919, and -levying
and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of
lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION le The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Thirty four
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $72*00*
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated coBt of
lighting the streets therelin, by apportioning to the several lots and par**
eels of land within the said district* (Reference is hereby.made to the
original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property mentioned in the above districte)
Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six ol clo'ck P*
TJI* on the 30th day of November, 1919,
