BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,, MONT10TA:
Section I* That Special Improvement District No# 176 is hereby cr-
eated for the purpose of constructing a standard concrete.cross walk ac-
ross Fourth Avenue Rast on the North side of its intersection with
Eighth Street,
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the terms�
and conditions specified in Resolution No. 753, entitled "Resolution of.
Intention to create Special Iniprovement,.District No# 176, adopted Septem-
ber lett 1919� to which reference is hereby made for further particuairs.
