Maintenance District Noe one of the City oj-'.' Kalispell for the year 1919, and
levying and assessing all the property within the said District with the cost

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 03 TIFE CITY OF 1aLI:sPn4LL--P-
Section ile- The cost of maintaining the improvements in Maintenance
District No 1 of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is eotii7)ated to be
Section 2,* A tax is'hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in said maintenance district for the amount of the estimated cost of maintain-
ing the improvements therein, being apportioned tjt(o the several 1.ots and par-
.cels of land within the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the
original Resolution on file in the Office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property in the above mentioned district.)
Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock P.
V.*. on the 30til 6.1'11LY of November 1919,,
Section 40 Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to create Maintenance District Number One for further Particulars.
