BE JT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLaiCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of spri.nkling the streets and avenues in Sprink-
ling District Number one of the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the year
19191 ic. estimated to be $3955*81v
Section 2* A t.ax is hereby levied and as�sessed upon all the property
in said Sprinkling Di-,�-;trkct for the amount of the estimated cost of sprink
ling the streets and avenues therein, being apPortion6d to the several lots
and pzlxcels of land within the said district. �Reference is hereby mad e to
off 4
the original resolution on file in the lee of the City Clerk for a spec-
ific description of the property mentioned in the above district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock P.
V. on the 30th day of November 1919*
Section 4* Reference is hereby made to the Resolution Wl.-'- Intention to
Create Sprinkling District Number One for further Particulars.
Introduced this the 1st day of September,1919, and set for hearing
October 6th, 1919 at 7:30 oclock PX,,
