A Resolution estimating the cost of Sprinkling the streets and Ave
nueslin Sprinkling D-JAriet Number One of the City of Kali;3pell, Montana,
for the year 1919, &nd levying and asSeSsing all the property within the
said District with'the cost of Sprinkling the Streets and Avenues within sama
id District.
BE IT RI474SOLVED-BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTA-NL A
Section 1. The cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in Sprink-
ling District Number One of the City of Kalispellt Hontanas for the year
1919 is estimated to be $2099*22*
Section 2. A Tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
iii said Sprinkling District for the amount.of the estimated cost of Sprink.-
ling the S'treets and -avenues therein, being apportioned to the several lots
and,parcelz of land 'Within the said district (Refernce is hereby made
to- the original Resolution on file in the office of the' City Clerk for a
specific description of the property mentioned in the above district..)
Section 3* The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six otclock
PoVo on the 30th day of November, 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of In'tention to
create Sprinkling District Number One for further Particualrs.
Introduced this the 1st day of Septeniloer 1919, and set for hearing
October 6th, 1919 at 7-30 otclock P.M.
