A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District
Number one of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919,' and levying and assese-
ing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting said
T" -trict.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL;
Section 1. The cost of lighting,Lighting District Number one of the
City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be 802.56.
Section 21. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in said lighting district for the amount of the estimated coat of lighting
the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land

within,the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the originavon
file in the City Clerk's office for a specific description of lots and
Blocks and owners thereof in said above district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P.M. on the 30th day of November, 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention to
Create Lighting District Number one for further particulars.
