A Resolution estimating the oost of lighting Special Lighting District
number Two of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1919, and levying and
assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of � light
ing said district.
BE IT RESOLVE-41D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF X,�ISPELL;
Section 1. The cost of lighting.Lighting District Number Two of the
City of Kalisell for the year 1919 is estimated to be 802-o56,0
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and aszessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of
land within the said district, (Reference is hereby made to the original
resolution on fille in the City Clerk's office for a specific description
of lots and blocks in said district as well as the owners thereof),
Section 3. The tax hereby levi6d becomes delinquent at six o'clock
P. M. on the 30th day of November 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention to
create Lighting District Number Two for'further particulars*
