A Resolution estirnating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District
Number five of the City of Kalispell, for the year '1919,. 'and le'vying and ass*-
essing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting
said, district.
BE IT RESOLVED 33Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISI-MIZI.-
Section. 1._ The cost of lighting Lighting District Numl)er Five of the
City of Kali�5pell for the yeat 1919 is eotimated to be $243.62.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied. and assessed upon all -the property in
the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting
the streets therein by apportioning to, the seveWal lots and parcels of land
within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on file and of
record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the
lots and blocks in said district as well as the owners ther.eof.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six of-cloPk-
P.M. on the 30th day of November, 1919;;
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of intention
to create Lighting District Number Five for further particularwo
Introduced September 1st and set for hearing October 6.th, 1-919, at
7:30 o'clock P.M.
