A Reaolution estimating the cost. of lighting Special Lighting District
Number Seven of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying, and ass-
essing all the property within the said district with the cost of lightine
said district.
Section lo The cost of lighting Lighting District NumbeT Seven of the
City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimate6 to be 241.4Z.
Section 2. A Tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in
the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lightin-
the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land
within the said district. (4efetence is hereby,made for a sepcific descriptaw
ion of the above described district to the original Resolution on file and of
record in the office of the City Clerk).
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock P.
Me on the 30th day -of November, 1919'.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of intention to
c-reate Lighting District 'Number Seven for f=ther particulars.
